Vendikai Vathal

Vendikai Vathal is made from dried lady’s finger pieces that are salted and preserved for traditional cooking. These vathals are commonly used in gravies and kuzhambu to enhance flavour. When fried, they also serve as a crispy accompaniment for curd rice, kanji, and porridge.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place in an airtight container.
