Milagai Vathal

Milagai Vathal is made from sun-dried chillies that are widely used in traditional South Indian cooking. These chillies add depth of flavour to gravies, kuzhambu, and tempering. When fried, they also serve as a spicy side dish that pairs well with curd rice and simple meals.
