Sundavathal (Salted)

Sunda Vathal (Salted) is made from turkey berries that are salted and dried for long-term storage. These vathals are widely used in traditional South Indian cooking for preparing kuzhambu and gravies. When fried, they become crispy and flavourful, making them a classic side dish for curd rice and kanji.
