Seeni Avarai Vathal

Seeni Avarai Vathal is prepared using carefully selected beans that are salted and dried using traditional methods. These vathals are commonly used in South Indian gravies and kuzhambu. When fried, they also make a crispy and flavourful accompaniment for curd rice and porridge.
